Alex Argianas, Education Officer
Alexander Argianas is the Vice President and Corporate Liaison at Argianas & Associates, Inc. He has been involved in commercial real estate since 2000 and officially joined Argianas & Associates as a full-time appraiser in 2017. He has performed or assisted in appraisal and consulting engagements in Illinois, California, Indiana, New York, and North Carolina. Representative clients served include lenders, accounting firms, law firms, banks, governmental entities, and private clients in the valuation of fee simple, leased fee, and leasehold positions for decision making/internal asset management, estate planning/settlement, and financing.
He joined the EFBC in 2017 as a member of Arete Forum.
Alex earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with majors in Biology & Spanish and Certificate in Theological Studies from Benedictine University, a Master of Science in Infectious Disease and Immunology from Loyola University, and his PhD level courses before leaving to join the family firm full time.
