Cha Mi began her journey with EFBC in February 2021 as an intern while pursuing her Master’s degree at DePaul University. In 2023, she was promoted to the position of a Marketing Coordinator. As a Marketing Coordinator at EFBC, Cha Mi is responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking various marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media strategies, content creation, digital campaigns, design initiatives, and assisting with event management.
Cha Mi was born and raised in Odessa, Ukraine to Vietnamese parents. She attended Hotel Institute of Montreux in Switzerland, where she pursued her passion for hospitality industry. In 2017, Cha Mi graduated with a BBA in Hospitality Management with Marketing Specialization. She embarked on a new adventure in 2019 to pursue a Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics at DePaul University in Chicago. Cha Mi is fluent in 4 languages – Ukrainian, Russian, Vietnamese and French.
