About the Presenters

Michael Moran is a Senior Vice President / Division Manager for Fifth Third Bank.  Michael has 25-plus years of commercial banking experience working with privately held companies.  Michael advises clients on financing working capital, equipment, real estate or company acquisitions. Michael is active in the Entrepreneur and Family Business Council, former President of the Executives Guild, and co-founded the Notre Dame Chicago Club Irish Entrepreneurs.    Michael has a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters in Management in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Kellogg/Northwestern University.

Liz Davis is a partner in the Corporate Department of Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C.  Liz has gained deep experience leading business owners through mergers and acquisitions over the past 17 years in a high-volume transactional practice.  She functions as a pragmatic business advisor, helping clients determine – and achieve – their strategic goals through M&A. A leader within her professional and legal communities, Liz is a member of the board of directors of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Chicago and is the co-chair of the ACG Chicago Women’s Network.  She is also the chair of the Americas region of the Global M&A Committee for Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW) and a member of the LAW Global Recruiting Committee.
