Developing Your Board of Directors combines experiential learning and expert guidance to provide comprehensive curriculum on building a Board of Directors for your business.

Designed For

Business leaders and family members of privately-held and family enterprises who are considering forming an outside board or who would like to serve on a board. This course is open to both members and non-members of the Entrepreneur and Family Business Council.
