Salaries. Perks. Bonus Plans. All are important components of a position, but determining their range and structure is easier said than done. On Thursday, March 3rd two DePaul University professors will walk us through best practices and procedures for benchmarking, market research, bonus programs and perks.

Benchmarking & Market Research, Dr. Robert Greene
Where can I go to find databases to set salaries by industry standard? If there isn’t an available database for my industry, where else can I look? How to have a conversation with my employee if they are presenting inaccurate data. Learn how to set the salary range and in what part of the hiring process to address it.

Bonus Plans & Perks, Martin Williams
How can I set the measurable for bonus plans? What is more important – setting company or individual goals? The difference between quantitative and qualitative goals.

If you are looking for guidance on setting salaries and gathering market research, this workshop is for you! We hope to see you there.

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED. If you're interested in attending, please email liz@chicagofbc.com.
