About the Presenters:

Ryan Weiss is the Founder of Effective Performance Strategies. He owned his first business at the age of 16 -  Weiss Lawn Care is now owned by his brother and operates out of two buildings in Carol Stream. Ryan worked as a global executive for 17 years managing teams in NA, Europe, South America, and Asia. He led a team of 180 people in the Philippines for several years, where business continuity planning and execution was essential. Four years ago, he and his wife made the decision to move with their 4 children back home to be near family, and he founded his current business, Effective Performance Strategies.

Dr. Dave NieKamp is a licensed clinical psychologist and has been working in the field of organizational development and leadership design for 20 years. His expertise and experience helps leaders create an efficient and effective work culture, mitigate risk, improve overall performance and effectively train team members for professional growth. Dr. NieKamp is the originator of the unique and powerful Triad Team Model.
