Growth, Resilience, Instinct, and Tenacity. Do you have GRIT? Does your team?

We welcome Paul Stoltz, named a top ten most influential global thinker and the world’s leading expert on resilience, to deliver a keynote address on implementing the GRIT mindset.

GRIT is teachable by equipping entrepreneurs and business leaders with the tools they need to exceed their personal and professional goals. At this program, you’ll learn:

  • How to face challenges with GRIT
  • How to implement and maintain the GRIT mindset
  • The Adversity Quotient: What it is and how to improve it

Prior to Paul’s keynote, we're excited to welcome Marty Ozinga, a fourth-generation leader and the current President of Ozinga Concrete to share his story of working with six brothers in the family business. Ozinga celebrates their 90th Anniversary this year, and it certainly takes GRIT to grow from a small coal yard to a premier material supplier that succeeds through four generations.

At dinner, we will celebrate CFBC President Sean Hoffman’s tenure on the Executive Committee from 2014 to 2018. Join us as we present Sean with the CFBC Leadership Award!
