Employee satisfaction lies heavily on the supervisors, managers and company leadership in your organization. CFBC's Leadership Application Course is an 8-week long, 6-course program designed to improve team communication, culture and performance. This course will provide managers, leaders and rising leaders with the tools and knowledge to be the best possible mentors they can be. Learn strategies that can be used to make immediate impact in your company.

All attendees also receive a two-hour personal coaching session.

George is a human resources executive with over 20 years of consulting and operational experience. He has a unique combination of strengths, including experience in technology and organizational psychology. George actively influences organizational change, developing and implementing innovative strategies in support of workforce engagement. He is also the human capital strategic partner for the Chicago Family Business Council.
