Get What You Ask For: Strategies for Success in Negotiation
Every career or job starts with an interview to find the right candidate. Once the right candidate is selected, usually it moves on to the most awkward and difficult portion: negotiating. Planning and executing a strategy is vital for achieving success in negotiations, especially in the workplace. We hope you'll join us on January 31st for this interactive workshop designed to help you understand and practice applying the best negotiation strategies for a family business setting. The workshop, led by negotiation scholar, Mary Keegin, will be broken down into three main segments:
- Identify effective strategies for family business negotiations.
- Participate in a live negotiation simulation with other CFBC members.
- See live results from the simulation to highlight key takeaways.
