Meet the Panel:

Tom Walter	Tom has been the president and CEO of Tasty Catering since 1989. His main passion is heading up and cultivating the Tasty Catering culture around the facility. Tom Walter is a “serial entrepreneur’ author, speaker and a principal in numerous companies. Tom has more than 40 years of experience as an owner-operator in the service industry. He has participated in the startup of 35 companies, is currently active in nine of those companies and has acquired three. He terminated two losing entities. Tom remains a principal, investor and advisor for several companies, most of whom are part of 80Nine Holdings and have been co-founded by staff.
Andy Sanghani	Andy Sanghani is the President and second-generation owner of Systematics Inc, a company that provides design and production of retail marketing solutions, including full-service custom fabrication and printing resources to the point of purchase trade. Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Andy earned a degree in Finance from the University of Illinois. Upon graduation, he worked in commercial banking before joining Systematics in 2004 to support his dad and help grow the business.

Alexander Argianas	Alexander Argianas is the Vice President and Corporate Liaison at Argianas & Associates, Inc. He has performed or assisted in appraisal and consulting engagements in Illinois, California, Indiana, New York, and North Carolina. Representative clients served include lenders, accounting firms, law firms, banks, governmental entities, and private clients in the valuation of fee simple, leased fee, and leasehold positions for decision making/internal asset management, estate planning/settlement, and financing.
Moderator: Rachel Bossard	Rachel Bossard is a partner at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Ms. Bossard chairs the Firm’s Labor and Employment law practice group. She represents employers in all aspects of the law including client counseling, training, litigation and benefits. She has extensive experience representing for profit and not-for-profit employers, including corporations, schools, colleges, universities, nursing homes, and municipalities. She has vast trial experience in both state and federal court and has litigated and mediated hundreds of employment law matters filed with various governmental agencies
